Studio Policies
Appointments & Bookings
Booking Process — All piercings and workshops require bookings in advance.
Full Payment — Full payment is required at the time of booking for both workshops and piercings to secure your spot.
Rescheduling — Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for piercings or 7 days for workshops.
When do I pay?
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your piercing appointment or creative workshop space. Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been completed
Cancellation Policy
Workshops
7‑Day Notice — Cancellations or changes must be made at least 7 days prior for a refund or transfer.
No‑Shows — No‑shows are non‑refundable.
Minimum Numbers — Workshops may be rescheduled if minimum numbers aren’t met.
Piercings
48‑Hour Notice — Cancellations within 48 hours are non‑refundable.
Dedicated Time — Each booking holds dedicated time and preparation in a small, intentional setting.
Studio Etiquette
Respect & Kindness — Hole Again is a safe, inclusive space. We ask everyone to treat others with patience and respect.
Clean Environment — Please help us keep the studio tidy and calm by arriving on time and following staff guidance.
Photography — You’re welcome to take photos of your creations or piercings, but please ask before photographing others.

You are welcome to bring one support person to your appointment, provided space allows and it does not disrupt the session environment.t
Age Requirements for Piercings
Consent & ID
For clients under 16, a parent or legal guardian must be present and provide valid ID, along with any required consent depending on the piercing.
Age Restrictions
Age requirements vary by piercing:
Some piercings are 16+ with parental consent
Others are strictly 18+
These guidelines ensure safety, comfort, and responsible care for every client.
Aftercare
Aftercare instructions are provided at every appointment.
Spectators
Spectators — Due to our small studio space, we kindly ask that you do not bring multiple spectators to your appointment.
One Support Person — You may bring one support person, but they must wait outside the piercing room in our sitting area.
Studio Comfort — This helps us maintain a calm, safe, and comfortable environment for all clients.
Record Keeping
Client piercing records are securely stored for a minimum of 2 years, as required under NSW Health regulations.
Safety Standards
We use high-quality, body-safe jewellery suitable for initial piercings.
You do not need to bring your own jewellery.
All jewellery used is selected for safety, healing, and comfort.

Advance Bookings
Bookings are required ahead of time.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Late Arrivals — Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may not be able to join the session.
No‑Shows — No‑shows are non‑refundable, as your place and materials are prepared in advance.
Participant Safety
Participants are responsible for their own safety during sessions.
Materials
All materials are included unless otherwise stated.
Booked Participants Only
No Children or Teen Spectators — To maintain a relaxing environment, children and teens may not attend workshops as spectators.
Booked Participants Only — Only booked participants may enter the workshop space.
BYO Alcohol
Responsible Consumption — BYO alcohol is permitted for workshops; please drink responsibly.
Safety First — Anyone visibly intoxicated will not be able to participate.
Respectful Environment — Alcohol must be consumed respectfully and kept within your workspace.
Age Requirement — BYO alcohol is strictly for participants 18+.

Accessibility
Our studio welcomes participants 16+ and supports a range of abilities. Please reach out if you need specific accommodations.
Handmade Creations
Handmade With Care
Handmade With Care — All items are handmade with care and attention to detail.
Natural Variations — Small variations in colour, texture, shape, or finish are part of the handmade process and are not considered faults.
Uniqueness — No two pieces are ever exactly the same.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of handmade items, refunds are only offered for faulty products.

Payment Timing — Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Contact Within 48 Hours — If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Include Photos — Please include clear photos of the issue so we can assess the problem quickly.
Resolution Options — We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

Processing Time — Standard processing time is 3–10 business days, unless it’s a custom order.
