Piercings
Overview
Every piercing at Hole Again is performed with care, professionalism, and a calm approach. The studio is designed to help you feel safe, supported, and comfortable from the moment you arrive.
Age Requirements
Clients under 16 must attend with a parent or legal guardian and provide valid ID. Some piercings are available from age 16 with consent, while others are strictly 18+.
Jewellery
We use high‑quality, safe jewellery suitable for fresh piercings. Each piece is chosen to support healing, comfort, and long‑term wear.
Aftercare
You’ll receive clear aftercare instructions at your appointment to help your piercing heal smoothly. We’re always here if you have questions during your healing process.
Spectators
To keep the studio calm and comfortable, please avoid bringing multiple spectators. Only one support person may attend your appointment.
One Support Person
You’re welcome to bring one support person for comfort. They’ll wait in our sitting area while your piercing is performed.
Studio Comfort
Hole Again is a small, intentional space designed for calm and safety. This helps every client feel relaxed and supported throughout their appointment.
Record Keeping
Client piercing records are securely stored for a minimum of 2 years, in line with NSW Health requirements.
Workshops
Overview
Our workshops are calm, creative sessions designed to help you slow down, explore new mediums, and enjoy making something with your hands. Each workshop is welcoming, gentle, and intentionally paced.
What You’ll Create
Depending on the workshop, you may work with, macramé, button art, painting and dreamcatchers. Every session is beginner‑friendly and focused on expression rather than perfection.
Accessibility
Workshops are open to participants aged 16+. We support a range of abilities, and you’re welcome to reach out if you need specific accommodations.
Materials Included
All materials are included unless otherwise stated. You simply arrive, settle in, and create.
No Children or Teens
To maintain a peaceful environment, children and teens may not attend as spectators. Workshops are for booked adult participants only.
Booked Participants Only
Only those who have booked a spot may enter the workshop space. This keeps the session calm, focused, and comfortable for everyone.
Studio Calm
Hole Again is a small, intentional space designed for stillness and creativity. This helps every participant feel relaxed and supported throughout the session.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may not be able to join the session, as it disrupts the flow and setup.
No‑Shows
No‑shows are non‑refundable, as your place and materials are prepared in advance.
BYO Alcohol
BYO alcohol is welcome for workshops. Please drink responsibly and remain within your workspace. Participants must be 18+ to consume alcohol.

Custom Orders
How Custom Orders Work
Custom pieces are made especially for you. We work together to shape your idea, choose materials, and create something meaningful and handmade.
Design Process
Once your concept is confirmed, we begin the design and creation process. You’ll receive updates where applicable, and each step is handled with care and attention.
Payment
A deposit is required before production begins, with final payment due before pickup or dispatch. This secures your materials and creation time.
Variations
Every custom piece is handmade, so slight variations may occur. These natural differences make your item unique and one‑of‑a‑kind.
Updates
You’ll receive progress updates during the creation process where applicable, so you can follow your piece as it comes to life.
Changes
Once production has started, changes can’t be made unless agreed in writing. This protects the time, materials, and work already completed.
Studio Atmosphere
A calm, warm space with blush tones, charcoal accents, natural fibres, and gentle textures — designed to help you relax, create, and feel at ease.
